great location air conditioning faulty tv difficult door
The location was awesome right on castle street. I found everything was walkable from here. The room had air conditioning, which i appreciated.
My tv was not working. Channel selection was impossible. The door was very hard to close. It looked like it had a fight with the previous guest.

This hotel has everything I needed. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location is great! The room was clean when I arrived.
The hotel is quite noisy at all hours, I could hear other guests during the night.

The staff were friendly at reception, a detail i appreciate.
The room was uncomfortably cold, and the air conditioning failed to produce warm air. Single-glazed windows let in a lot of noise and cold. This was not acceptable. The bathroom door lacked a lock, and the tap was loosely attached to the sink..

The location is quite central. I found a Greggs right next door and a Sainsburys local on the same road, very convenient. The hotel seems recently refurbished it felt clean and fresh.

central location helpful staff clean room really good value
I was charmed by the location. It was excellent for exploring. the staff were also helpful, directing me to nearby attractions. i found the room itself quite clean, offering a comfortable space. additionally, the value for money struck me as really good, particularly considering the central position.
the tv was a bit tricky, though i got it sorted after a little while.
